CPI and UNEMPLOYMENT Numbers
**To get the CPI and Unemployment numbers follow these directions:
Click the box next to the line that reads: Unemployment Rate (4th one down). This will give you the unemployment rate over the last 10 years.
Next click the box that says CPI for all Urban Consumers 1982-84=100. This will give you the CPI numbers for the same time period.
Click retrieve data and you will have the CPI numbers. What you really NEED, though, is the inflation rate. Remember when you did this on your mini-task? Use the CPI numbers from this year and last year to get this info. You will be using the 6 most recent months numbers.

GDP DATA
**To Get Real GDP % Change, click "Percent Change From Preceding Period" near the top left of the page. This will pull up a spreadsheet. You want the numbers in the far right column of the spreadsheet. Remember, you only need the LAST 3 QUARTERS. This data is already in quarters so you just need the last three numbers in that column.
